We have in place a simple exchange and refund policy for you as follows.
Our policy lasts 28 days from date of purchase. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We will provide you with a refund on full-priced items where:
you notify us for a refund/exchange within 7 working days of receipt
the items are in a resaleable condition, in their original packaging with tags attached
the items have not been worn, damaged or washed
the original invoice as proof of purchase is provided
the items are faulty (unless caused by you)
your items received are different to the goods you have ordered
we do not refund shipping fees.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
Perishable goods such as soaps, massage oils, essential oils, floral waters and all other items in our organic product section cannot be returned.
We also do not accept products that are intimate such as underwear.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our us, so make sure it’s packed properly and can’t get damaged on the way.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
